Next trip!

I can't believe it's been over a year since my last trip to South America...but there is good news- a few trips are on the horizon! We did however do a little traveling, even if it was in order to move to a new city... we've moved to San Diego (and the photo here is the view I get about 2 blocks from my office!).

Next month it's off to Michigan for a big family reunion and anniversary celebration, and I'm excited to see everybody and to visit Michigan (never been that region of the US before...should be great)!

Then, in January, I've just made plans to go with my wonderful friend, Alison, to Mexico for a while. This one won't be a long trip, just a week or so, but I am already so excited I can taste it. And it tastes good. We don't know where exactly we'll be traveling, but the plan is to fly into Mexico City DF and then just head out from there. Maybe Guadalajara?
